Weronika Lawniczak is a Polish photographer and visual artist based in Warsaw. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 2012, and since then has been working as a freelance photographer. Her work focuses on the exploration of identity, memory, and the human condition.

Lawniczak's work has been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world, including at the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, the National Museum of Photography in Poznan, and the Photomonth Festival in Krakow. She has also been featured in publications such as The New York Times Magazine, Vogue Poland, and Harper's Bazaar Poland.

In addition to her photography work, Lawniczak is also an active member of the Polish art community. She is a founding member of the Women Photographers Association of Poland and serves on its board of directors. She is also a mentor for young photographers through her workshops at various universities across Poland.

Lawniczak's work has earned her numerous awards and accolades over the years, including being named one of PDN's 30 Emerging Photographers to Watch in 2018 and being selected as one of GUP Magazine's Top 50 Emerging Photographers for 2019. Her work continues to be exhibited around the world and she remains an active voice within the Polish art community.
