Vinicius Terranova is a Brazilian photographer and visual artist based in São Paulo. He is best known for his vibrant and colorful images that capture the beauty of everyday life.
Born in São Paulo in 1988, Vinicius began his career as a photographer at the age of 18. He studied photography at the University of São Paulo, where he developed an interest in capturing the beauty of everyday life. After graduating, he began working as a freelance photographer, shooting for magazines and advertising campaigns.
In 2012, Vinicius was awarded the prestigious Prêmio Abril de Fotografia for his work on a series of photographs documenting the lives of street children in Brazil. This series was later exhibited at several galleries around Brazil and abroad.
Vinicius has since gone on to become one of Brazil’s most celebrated photographers, with his work being featured in publications such as Vogue, Elle, GQ and Harper’s Bazaar. His photographs have also been exhibited at galleries around the world including New York City’s Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).
