Ulrich Knoblauch is a German photographer and visual artist who has been creating stunning images for over 30 years. Born in Berlin in 1962, he studied photography at the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld, Germany. After graduating, he worked as a freelance photographer for various magazines and newspapers.
In the early 1990s, Ulrich began to focus on fine art photography and started to exhibit his work in galleries around Europe. His work has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including at the Museum of Modern Art in Berlin and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Barcelona. He has also had his work published in several books, including “Ulrich Knoblauch: Photographs” (2003) and “Ulrich Knoblauch: The Human Condition” (2006).
Ulrich’s photographs often explore themes of identity, memory, and mortality. He is known for his use of light and shadow to create dramatic compositions that evoke emotion from viewers.
