Tong Rao

Tong Rao is a Chinese-born photographer based in New York City. He is best known for his vibrant and colorful images of urban life, often featuring people from diverse backgrounds.

Rao was born in Beijing, China in 1982. He moved to the United States at the age of 18 to pursue a degree in photography at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. After graduating, he began working as a freelance photographer, shooting for magazines and advertising campaigns.
