Tobias Lundkvist

Tobias Lundkvist is a Swedish photographer and visual artist based in Stockholm. He is known for his unique style of photography, which combines elements of documentary, fashion, and fine art.

Born in 1984, Tobias grew up in the small town of Uppsala, Sweden. From an early age he was drawn to the visual arts, and began experimenting with photography at the age of 14. After graduating from high school he moved to Stockholm to pursue a career in photography.

In 2008, Tobias released his first book of photographs entitled “The City” which featured images from his travels around Europe. This book was well received by critics and established him as an up-and-coming photographer. Since then he has gone on to publish several other books including “The Sea” (2010), “The Forest” (2012), and “The Mountain” (2014).

Tobias has also exhibited his work in galleries around the world including New York City, London, Berlin, Tokyo, and Stockholm. His work has been featured in numerous publications such as Vogue Italia, The New York Times Magazine, and National Geographic. In addition to his photographic work he also produces video art pieces which have been shown at film festivals around the world.

Tobias continues to push the boundaries of photography with his unique vision and style. He is currently working on a new project exploring the relationship between humans and nature through his lens.
