Taghi Naderzad is an Iranian-born photographer and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. He has been capturing the beauty of the world through his lens for over a decade.
Naderzad was born in Tehran, Iran, and moved to the United States at the age of 15. He studied photography at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, where he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. After graduating, he began working as a freelance photographer and filmmaker for various publications and companies.
Naderzad’s work has been featured in numerous publications including National Geographic, The New York Times Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and TIME Magazine. His photographs have also been exhibited in galleries around the world including the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles and the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston.
In addition to his photography work, Naderzad has directed several short films that have been screened at film festivals around the world. He is also an avid traveler who has visited over 30 countries on five continents. His travels have inspired many of his photographs which capture unique moments from around the globe.
