Shawn Mortensen

Shawn Mortensen is an American photographer and visual artist based in Los Angeles, California. He is best known for his unique and often surrealistic style of photography, which often combines elements of nature, architecture, and the human form.

Mortensen began his career as a photographer in the early 2000s, shooting for various magazines and publications. His work has been featured in publications such as Vogue, GQ, Esquire, and The New York Times Magazine. He has also shot campaigns for brands such as Nike, Adidas, and Levi's.

In addition to his commercial work, Mortensen has also created several personal projects over the years. His most notable project is "The Garden of Earthly Delights," a series of photographs that explore the relationship between nature and humanity. The series was exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles in 2008.
