Richard Gary is a renowned photographer who has been capturing stunning images for over 30 years. He has traveled the world, from the United States to Europe, Africa, and Asia, in search of unique and captivating scenes to photograph.
Born in New York City in 1965, Richard developed an early interest in photography. He began taking pictures of his family and friends at a young age and soon realized that he had a natural talent for capturing beautiful moments. After graduating high school, he attended the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan where he studied photography and fine art.
After college, Richard began working as a freelance photographer for various magazines and newspapers. His work was quickly recognized by the industry and he was soon hired by National Geographic Magazine as a staff photographer. During his time with National Geographic, Richard traveled to some of the most remote places on earth to capture stunning images of wildlife and landscapes. His work has been featured in numerous publications including Time Magazine, The New York Times, and The Guardian.
In addition to his work with National Geographic Magazine, Richard has also published several books featuring his photographs from around the world. His most recent book “The World Through My Lens” showcases some of his best work from over three decades of travel and exploration.
