About

Ribbie Fimmano is an award-winning photographer and visual artist based in Los Angeles, California. She has been capturing stunning images of the world around her since she was a child.

Ribbie's passion for photography began when she was just 8 years old, when her father gave her a camera as a gift. She quickly developed an eye for composition and light, and began to explore the world through her lens. As she grew older, Ribbie continued to hone her craft, taking classes in photography and art history at the local college.

In 2012, Ribbie's work was featured in a solo exhibition at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Since then, she has gone on to have her work featured in numerous galleries and publications around the world. Her photographs have been exhibited in cities such as New York City, London, Tokyo, and Paris.

Ribbie's work is often described as "dreamy" and "ethereal," with an emphasis on capturing moments of beauty in everyday life. Her photographs often feature landscapes or cityscapes that are illuminated by natural light or artificial lighting sources such as neon signs or street lamps. Ribbie also enjoys experimenting with abstract compositions that explore color theory and texture.

In addition to her photography career, Ribbie is also an active member of the Los Angeles art community. She regularly participates in group exhibitions and events throughout the city, and is passionate about supporting other local artists through mentorship programs and workshops.

Ribbie's work has been recognized by numerous awards including the International Photography Awards (IPA) for Fine Art Landscape Photography (2020), The Lucie Foundation Scholarship (2019), The Center for Fine Art Photography Award (2018), The International Color Awards (2017), The Prix de la Photographie Paris (2016), The International Photography Awards (2015) ,and many more.
