Peter Soulis is a renowned photographer who has been capturing stunning images of the world around him for over two decades. Born in Melbourne, Australia, he developed an early passion for photography and began taking pictures of his surroundings at a young age.
He attended the University of Melbourne where he studied photography and fine art, graduating with honors in 2000. After university, Peter moved to Sydney and began working as a freelance photographer. His work quickly gained recognition and he was soon commissioned to shoot for some of Australia’s leading magazines and newspapers.
In 2006, Peter moved to London where he continued to pursue his passion for photography. He has since traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas capturing stunning images of landscapes, people and cultures from around the world. His work has been featured in numerous publications including National Geographic Magazine, The Guardian and The New York Times.
Peter’s work is characterized by its vivid colors and unique perspectives on everyday life. He is passionate about capturing moments that tell stories about the people and places he visits. His photographs have won numerous awards including the World Press Photo Award in 2011 for his series “The Human Face of Migration” which documented the plight of refugees around the world.
Today Peter continues to travel extensively while pursuing his passion for photography. He is currently based in London where he works as a freelance photographer specializing in travel photography as well as commercial assignments for clients such as Apple, Microsoft and Sony Music Entertainment.
