Olga Tuponogova-Volkova is a Russian photographer and artist who has been capturing the beauty of her homeland for over two decades. Born in Moscow in 1975, she began her career as a photojournalist, working for various newspapers and magazines. In the early 2000s, she shifted her focus to fine art photography, exploring the landscapes and people of Russia with an eye for detail and emotion.
Her work has been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world, including at the Moscow House of Photography, the State Russian Museum in St. Petersburg, and the National Centre for Contemporary Arts in Moscow. She has also published several books of her photographs, including “The Russian Soul” (2005) and “The Landscape of Russia” (2008).
In addition to her photography career, Olga is also an accomplished painter. Her paintings have been exhibited at galleries throughout Europe and North America. She is also a passionate advocate for environmental protection and conservation efforts in Russia.
Olga currently lives in Moscow with her husband and two children. She continues to explore Russia through her lens, capturing its beauty and diversity with each new photograph she takes.
