Nir Hod is an Israeli-born artist and photographer who has gained international recognition for his unique and provocative works. Born in Tel Aviv in 1975, Hod studied at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem before moving to New York City in 2000.
Hod's work often explores themes of mortality, identity, and sexuality. His photographs are characterized by a dreamlike quality that is both surreal and hauntingly beautiful. He often uses digital manipulation to create surreal images that explore the boundaries between reality and fantasy.
