Nacho Vaquero is a Spanish photographer and visual artist based in Madrid. He is best known for his vibrant and colorful images that capture the beauty of everyday life.
Born in Madrid in 1982, Nacho Vaquero developed an early interest in photography and art. He studied photography at the University of Madrid, where he graduated with a degree in Fine Arts. After graduating, he began working as a freelance photographer, shooting for magazines and advertising campaigns.
In 2010, Nacho Vaquero released his first book of photographs titled “The Colors of Life” which showcased his unique style of capturing everyday moments with vivid colors and light. His work has since been featured in numerous publications including Vogue, Elle, GQ, and National Geographic.
In addition to his commercial work, Nacho Vaquero has also exhibited his photographs at galleries around the world including the Museum of Contemporary Art in Madrid and the International Center for Photography in New York City. His work has been recognized by several awards including the International Photography Award (IPA) for Best Color Photo Series (2015).
Nacho Vaquero continues to explore new ways to capture life’s beauty through photography and visual art. He is currently working on a new project that focuses on capturing the beauty of nature through long-exposure photography.
