About

Nacho Ricci is an Argentine photographer and visual artist based in Buenos Aires. He is best known for his vibrant and colorful images that capture the beauty of everyday life.

Ricci was born in Buenos Aires in 1975 and grew up surrounded by art and culture. His father was a painter, while his mother was a sculptor, so it's no surprise that he developed an interest in photography at an early age. He began taking pictures with his father's old camera when he was just 12 years old, and soon realized that photography was his true passion.

Ricci studied photography at the University of Buenos Aires, where he graduated with honors in 1998. After graduation, he worked as a freelance photographer for various magazines and newspapers before launching his own studio in 2001. Since then, he has become one of the most sought-after photographers in Argentina, shooting for clients such as Vogue, Elle, GQ, and many more.

Ricci's work has been exhibited around the world, including at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City and the Centre Pompidou in Paris. He has also won numerous awards for his work, including the International Photography Award (IPA) for Best Portrait Photographer of the Year (2015).

Ricci continues to push boundaries with his photography by exploring new techniques and experimenting with different mediums. His work is often described as vibrant and full of life – a reflection of his own personality and outlook on life.
