Born in Seoul, South Korea in 1975, Mok Jung Wook began his career as a photographer in the late 1990s. He studied at the Seoul Institute of the Arts and graduated with a degree in photography. After graduation, he worked as an assistant to several prominent photographers before launching his own studio in 2002.

Mok Jung Wook's work has been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world, including at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City and the National Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo. His photographs have also been published in magazines such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and Elle. In addition to his commercial work, Mok Jung Wook has also created several personal projects that explore themes such as identity and memory.
