Michelangelo Di Battista is an Italian photographer who has been working in the fashion industry for over 25 years. He has worked with some of the biggest names in fashion, including Gucci, Prada, Versace, and Dolce & Gabbana.
Born in Rome in 1965, Michelangelo developed a passion for photography at an early age. He studied photography at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome and then went on to work as a freelance photographer for various magazines and newspapers.
In the early 1990s, Michelangelo began to focus on fashion photography and quickly established himself as one of the most sought-after photographers in the industry. His work has been featured in numerous international publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, and Marie Claire. He has also shot campaigns for some of the world’s leading fashion houses including Gucci, Prada, Versace, and Dolce & Gabbana.
In addition to his commercial work, Michelangelo has also produced several books featuring his photographs. These include “The Art of Fashion Photography” (2002), “The Beauty of Fashion” (2005), and “The Power of Style” (2008). His photographs have also been exhibited at galleries around the world including The National Portrait Gallery in London and The Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
