Michael Elins is an award-winning photographer and filmmaker based in Los Angeles, California. He has been shooting professionally for over 20 years, and his work has been featured in publications such as National Geographic, The New York Times, and Vanity Fair.

Elins was born in Los Angeles and grew up in the San Fernando Valley. He developed an interest in photography at a young age, and began taking pictures of his friends and family with a 35mm camera he received as a gift from his parents. After graduating high school, he attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena where he earned a degree in photography.

After college, Elins began working as a freelance photographer for various magazines and newspapers. His work quickly gained recognition for its unique style and composition. He has since become one of the most sought-after photographers in the industry, shooting for clients such as Apple, Nike, Microsoft, and many more.

In addition to his commercial work, Elins also produces personal projects that explore themes of identity and culture. His photographs have been exhibited around the world at galleries such as the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York City and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). He has also won numerous awards including the Lucie Award for Outstanding Achievement in Photography (2015) and the International Photography Awards (IPA) Photographer of the Year (2016).

Elins continues to push boundaries with his photography by exploring new techniques and technologies to create stunning images that capture moments of beauty from around the world.
