Maxim Girilo

Maxim Girilo is a Russian-born photographer who has been capturing stunning images of the world around him since he was a young boy. Born in Moscow in 1985, Maxim developed an early passion for photography and began taking pictures of his family and friends at the age of 12.

Maxim's love for photography only grew as he got older, and he eventually decided to pursue it professionally. After graduating from the Moscow State University of Culture and Arts in 2008, Maxim moved to New York City to further his career. He quickly established himself as one of the city's most sought-after photographers, shooting for magazines such as Vogue, GQ, and Harper's Bazaar.

In addition to his editorial work, Maxim has also become known for his stunning travel photography. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America capturing breathtaking landscapes and unique cultures. His work has been featured in numerous publications including National Geographic and The New York Times Magazine.

Maxim is also an avid film photographer who loves experimenting with different techniques such as double exposures and long exposures. His work often features dreamy colors and textures that evoke a sense of nostalgia. He is currently based in Brooklyn where he continues to capture beautiful images that tell stories about the world around him.
