Mary Rozzi is an award-winning photographer and visual artist based in Los Angeles, California. She has been capturing the beauty of the world around her since she was a child, and her work has been featured in numerous publications, galleries, and exhibitions.
Mary was born in San Francisco, California and grew up surrounded by art and creativity. She developed a passion for photography at an early age, taking pictures of her family and friends with her first camera. As she grew older, Mary began to explore different types of photography, from landscapes to portraiture.
In 2006, Mary graduated from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco with a degree in photography. After graduation, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career as a professional photographer. Since then, Mary has worked with many notable clients including Nike, Apple Music, Vogue Magazine, and more. Her work has been featured in publications such as The New York Times Magazine and The Wall Street Journal.
In addition to commercial work, Mary also creates personal projects that explore themes such as identity and belonging. Her work has been exhibited at galleries around the world including the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles and the International Center for Photography in New York City. In 2020 she was awarded the Lucie Foundation’s Emerging Photographer Award for her series “The American Dream” which explores immigration stories through portraiture.
