Marcus Gaab

Marcus Gaab is a German photographer and filmmaker who has been capturing the beauty of the world for over two decades. Born in Munich, Germany in 1971, Marcus developed an early passion for photography and filmmaking. He studied photography at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich and went on to pursue a career as a professional photographer.

Throughout his career, Marcus has traveled extensively to capture stunning images from around the world. His work has been featured in numerous publications including National Geographic, Stern Magazine, and The New York Times. He has also worked with some of the world’s leading brands such as Adidas, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz.

In addition to his commercial work, Marcus is also an avid landscape photographer. His photographs have been exhibited in galleries across Europe and have won numerous awards including the International Photography Award (IPA) for Best Landscape Photographer of the Year in 2011.

Marcus’s passion for photography extends beyond just capturing beautiful images; he also strives to use his work to tell stories about people and places that are often overlooked or forgotten. He believes that through his photographs he can help bring attention to important social issues such as poverty, inequality, and environmental degradation.

Marcus currently lives in Berlin with his wife and two children where he continues to pursue his passion for photography and filmmaking.
