Marcel Hartmann is a renowned German photographer who has been capturing stunning images of nature and landscapes for over two decades. Born in the small town of Baden-Württemberg, Germany, Marcel developed an early passion for photography and began taking pictures at a young age.
He studied photography at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, where he graduated with honors in 1998. After graduation, Marcel moved to Berlin and began working as a freelance photographer. His work quickly gained recognition and he was soon featured in several magazines and newspapers.
In 2003, Marcel released his first book of photographs titled “The Beauty of Nature” which showcased his stunning images from around the world. Since then, he has released several more books including “The Wonders of Nature” (2006), “The Magic of Light” (2009), and “The Power of Nature” (2012).
Marcel has also had his work featured in numerous exhibitions around the world including the Museum für Fotografie in Berlin, the Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe Hamburg, and the National Gallery of Canada. He has also been awarded several prestigious awards such as the Leica Oskar Barnack Award (2005) and the Hasselblad Masters Award (2008).
