Lasse Bak Mejlvang is a Danish photographer and visual artist based in Copenhagen. He is known for his unique and creative approach to photography, often combining elements of nature, architecture, and the human form.
Born in Copenhagen in 1983, Lasse developed an interest in photography at an early age. He began experimenting with different techniques and styles while still in high school. After graduating, he attended the Danish School of Media and Journalism where he studied photography and visual arts.
In 2008, Lasse began his professional career as a freelance photographer. His work has been featured in numerous publications including Vogue, Elle, GQ, Wallpaper*, and The New York Times Magazine. He has also collaborated with some of the world’s leading fashion brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, and Dior.
Lasse’s work is characterized by its unique blend of natural elements with modern architecture and fashion styling. His photographs often feature bold colors and dramatic lighting that create a sense of drama and mystery.
