Kim Myers Robertson is an award-winning photographer and visual artist based in Los Angeles, California. She has been capturing stunning images of the world around her since she was a child.
Kim's passion for photography began when she was just 8 years old, when her father gave her a camera as a gift. She quickly developed an eye for composition and light, and soon began to take pictures of her family and friends. As she grew older, Kim's interest in photography only increased, and she began to explore different genres of photography such as portraiture, landscape, and documentary.
In 2006, Kim graduated from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena with a degree in Photography & Imaging. After graduation, she moved to Los Angeles where she worked as a freelance photographer for various publications including The New York Times Magazine, National Geographic Adventure Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal.
In addition to her editorial work, Kim has also created several personal projects that have been exhibited in galleries around the world. Her work has been featured in numerous publications including The New Yorker, TIME Magazine, Vogue Italia, and Harper's Bazaar UK. In 2017 she was awarded the prestigious Lucie Award for Fine Art Photographer of the Year.
Kim continues to explore new ways of expressing herself through photography while pushing the boundaries of what is possible with the medium. Her work is an exploration of beauty and emotion that captures moments both fleeting and timeless.
