Johnny Lopera is a Colombian-born photographer and visual artist based in New York City. He is best known for his vibrant and colorful images that capture the beauty of everyday life.

Lopera was born in Bogotá, Colombia in 1985. He grew up surrounded by art and culture, which inspired him to pursue a career in photography. After graduating from high school, he moved to New York City to attend the School of Visual Arts, where he earned his BFA in Photography.

Since then, Lopera has become an internationally recognized photographer whose work has been featured in numerous publications including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and The New York Times Magazine. His photographs have also been exhibited at galleries around the world including the Museum of Modern Art in New York City and the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.

In addition to his commercial work, Lopera is also an avid street photographer who captures candid moments of everyday life on the streets of New York City. His work often focuses on themes such as identity, culture, and community.
