Jette Jørs is a Danish photographer and visual artist whose work has been featured in numerous exhibitions and publications around the world. Born in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1965, Jette began her career as a photographer in the early 1990s. She has since become renowned for her unique style of photography, which combines elements of documentary and fine art.

Jette's work often focuses on the human condition, exploring themes such as identity, memory, and mortality. Her photographs have been exhibited at galleries and museums across Europe, including the Museum of Modern Art in Copenhagen and the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. She has also published several books of her work, including "The Human Condition" (2005) and "The Unseen" (2009).

In addition to her photographic work, Jette is also an accomplished filmmaker. Her films have been screened at festivals around the world, including Cannes Film Festival and Sundance Film Festival. She has also directed several music videos for Danish bands such as Efterklang and Mew.

Jette currently lives and works in Copenhagen where she continues to explore new ways of expressing her vision through photography and film.
