Born in Hong Kong in 1971, Jeffrey Chan developed an early interest in photography. After graduating from high school, he attended the Hong Kong Polytechnic University where he studied photography and visual arts. During this time, he also worked as an assistant to several professional photographers.
In 1997, Jeffrey Chan opened his own studio in Hong Kong and began to focus on his own work. His photographs capture the unique beauty of the city’s streetscapes and architecture, as well as its people and culture. He has also traveled extensively throughout Asia to capture images of its diverse landscapes and cultures.
