Jason Schmidt is an American photographer and artist based in New York City. He is best known for his iconic portraits of celebrities, musicians, and other public figures.
Born in Los Angeles, California in 1971, Schmidt grew up surrounded by the creative energy of the city. He developed an early interest in photography and began taking pictures at a young age. After graduating from high school, he attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, where he studied photography and graphic design.
