Hugo Comte is a French photographer and director based in Paris. He is best known for his fashion and celebrity photography, which has been featured in publications such as Vogue, GQ, and Vanity Fair.
Born in Paris in 1988, Comte developed an interest in photography at a young age. He began taking pictures of his friends and family, eventually leading to him studying photography at the École Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie in Arles. After graduating, he moved to London where he worked as an assistant to renowned fashion photographer Mario Testino.
In 2012, Comte returned to Paris and began working as a freelance photographer. His work quickly gained recognition from the fashion industry and he was soon shooting for some of the world’s most prestigious magazines and brands. His signature style combines vibrant colors with dreamy lighting that creates an ethereal atmosphere.
In addition to his commercial work, Comte has also directed several music videos for artists such as Miley Cyrus and The Weeknd. He has also collaborated with luxury brands such as Dior and Louis Vuitton on campaigns that have been featured around the world.
