Hannah-Rose Yee is an Australian photographer and visual artist based in Melbourne. She is best known for her vibrant and colourful images that capture the beauty of everyday life.

Yee began her career as a photographer in 2011, when she was just 18 years old. She quickly gained recognition for her unique style, which combines elements of street photography, portraiture and documentary photography. Her work has been featured in publications such as Vogue Australia, The Guardian, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.

Yee has also exhibited her work in galleries around the world, including the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney. In 2017, she was awarded the prestigious William & Winifred Bowness Photography Prize for her series ‘The Colourful Life’.

In addition to her photographic practice, Yee is also an active member of the Melbourne art community. She regularly participates in artist talks and workshops to share her knowledge with aspiring photographers. She also works with local charities to promote social justice through art.
