Gray Sorrenti is an American photographer and filmmaker from New York City. He is best known for his fashion and portrait photography, which has been featured in publications such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and W Magazine.
Sorrenti was born in New York City in 1997 to photographer Mario Sorrenti and model Kristen McMenamy. His father's work inspired him to pursue a career in photography, and he began taking pictures at the age of 12. He attended the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where he studied photography and filmmaking.
In 2016, Sorrenti was named one of the "30 Most Influential Teens" by Time Magazine for his work as a photographer. Since then, he has become a sought-after photographer for fashion brands such as Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Dior. He has also directed music videos for artists such as Billie Eilish and Selena Gomez.
In addition to his commercial work, Sorrenti has also created several personal projects that explore themes of identity and youth culture. His work has been exhibited at galleries around the world including the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
Sorrenti currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
