Frank de Graaf

Frank de Graaf is a Dutch photographer who has been capturing stunning images of the world around him for over 30 years. He has traveled extensively, visiting some of the most remote and beautiful places on earth. His work has been featured in numerous publications, including National Geographic, The New York Times, and The Guardian.

Frank was born in Amsterdam in 1965 and grew up surrounded by art and culture. His father was an artist and his mother a teacher, so it was only natural that he developed an interest in photography at an early age. He began taking pictures with his father's old camera when he was just 12 years old.

After graduating from high school, Frank attended the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague where he studied photography and film. After graduating, he worked as a freelance photographer for several years before launching his own studio in Amsterdam in 1995. Since then, he has become one of the most sought-after photographers in Europe.

Frank's work is characterized by its vivid colors and unique perspectives. He often uses long exposures to capture the beauty of nature or to create surreal images that evoke emotion from viewers. His photographs have been exhibited around the world and have won numerous awards including the World Press Photo Award for Nature Photography in 2006.
