Errikos Andreou is a Greek photographer and visual artist based in Athens, Greece. He was born in Athens in 1975 and has been taking photographs since he was a child. His work has been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, and the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
Errikos’s photography is characterized by its strong sense of composition and its ability to capture moments of everyday life. He often uses natural light to create a sense of atmosphere and emotion within his images. His work has been described as “poetic” and “hauntingly beautiful”.
Errikos has won numerous awards for his photography, including the International Photography Award (IPA) for Best Fine Art Series (2015), the Prix de la Photographie Paris (PX3) for Best Fine Art Series (2016), and the Sony World Photography Awards for Best Professional Series (2017). He has also been featured in publications such as The New York Times Magazine, The Guardian, National Geographic, and TIME Magazine.
In addition to his photographic work, Errikos is also an accomplished filmmaker.
