Ekaterina Boenko is a Russian photographer and visual artist based in Moscow. She is best known for her stunning and evocative photographs of the Russian landscape, which capture the beauty and mystery of the country’s vast expanses.

Boenko was born in Moscow in 1985. She studied photography at the Rodchenko School of Photography and Multimedia, graduating with honors in 2008. After graduation, she began to pursue her passion for photography full-time, traveling around Russia to capture its unique landscapes. Her work has been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world, including at the Moscow Museum of Modern Art and the Photobiennale in St. Petersburg.

Boenko’s photographs are characterized by their vivid colors and dreamlike quality. She often uses long exposures to create a sense of movement and depth in her images, as well as to emphasize the beauty of natural light.
