Dolly Devi is an Indian photographer and visual artist based in New Delhi. She is known for her vibrant and colorful photographs that capture the beauty of everyday life in India.

Devi was born in New Delhi, India, and grew up surrounded by art and culture. She developed a passion for photography at a young age, and began taking pictures of her family and friends. As she grew older, she began to explore the world around her through her lens.

Devi attended college in New Delhi, where she studied photography and visual arts. After graduating, she worked as a freelance photographer for various publications and companies. Her work has been featured in magazines such as Vogue India, Elle India, Harper’s Bazaar India, and more.
