After graduating from high school, he attended the Moscow State University of Culture and Arts, where he studied photography and film.
In 1998, Dimitri moved to the United States to pursue his passion for photography. He quickly established himself as a sought-after photographer, shooting for magazines such as Vogue, GQ, and Elle. His work has also been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world.
