Dewald Daniels is a South African photographer who has been capturing the beauty of his homeland for over two decades. He was born in Johannesburg in 1975 and grew up in a small town near Pretoria. From an early age, he was fascinated by the natural beauty of his surroundings and began taking photographs as a hobby.

Daniels attended the University of Pretoria where he studied photography and fine art. After graduating, he worked as a freelance photographer for various magazines and newspapers, before eventually setting up his own studio in Johannesburg. His work has been featured in numerous publications, including National Geographic, Time Magazine, and The New York Times.

Daniels is best known for his stunning landscape photography which captures the unique beauty of South Africa’s diverse terrain. He has traveled extensively throughout the country to capture its many different landscapes, from the rolling hills of KwaZulu-Natal to the rugged coastline of Cape Town. His work has been exhibited in galleries around the world and is held in private collections across Europe and North America.

In addition to his photography career, Daniels is also an active member of several conservation organizations which are dedicated to preserving South Africa’s natural environment. He regularly donates his time and resources to these causes and works closely with local communities to promote sustainable development practices.
