David Hauserman is an award-winning photographer and filmmaker based in Los Angeles, California. He has been shooting professionally for over 20 years, and his work has been featured in publications such as National Geographic, The New York Times, and Vanity Fair.
Hauserman was born in San Francisco, California in 1975. He developed an interest in photography at a young age, and began taking pictures of his friends and family with a 35mm camera he received as a gift from his parents. After graduating high school, he attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco where he earned a degree in photography.
After college, Hauserman moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a professional photographer. He quickly established himself as one of the city’s top photographers, shooting for clients such as Nike, Adidas, and Sony Music. His work has also been featured on television shows such as The Voice and American Idol.
In addition to commercial work, Hauserman is also an accomplished fine art photographer. His photographs have been exhibited at galleries around the world including the Museum of Modern Art in New York City and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. He has also published several books featuring his photographs including “The Human Condition” (2009) and “The World Through My Eyes” (2013).
Hauserman continues to live and work in Los Angeles where he is currently working on several projects including a documentary about homelessness in America.
