Daniela Nogueira is a Brazilian photographer and visual artist based in São Paulo. She has been working in the field of photography since the early 2000s, and her work has been featured in numerous exhibitions and publications around the world.

Nogueira's work is characterized by its focus on the human body, often exploring themes of identity, gender, and sexuality. Her photographs are often intimate and personal, capturing moments of vulnerability and strength. She has also explored themes of nature and landscape, creating images that evoke a sense of wonder and awe.

Nogueira's work has been exhibited in galleries across Brazil, as well as in Europe, North America, and Asia. She has also been featured in publications such as Vogue Brazil, The New York Times Magazine, The Guardian, Elle Magazine UK, Marie Claire France, GQ Mexico, among others.

In addition to her photography career, Nogueira is also an active member of the Brazilian art community. She is a founding member of the collective Fotografia Feminina Brasil (FFB), which works to promote female photographers in Brazil. She is also a mentor for young photographers through her workshops at the Centro Cultural São Paulo (CCSP).

Nogueira's work has earned her numerous awards including the Prêmio Funarte de Fotografia (Funarte Photography Award) from the Brazilian Ministry of Culture in 2017. In 2019 she was awarded the prestigious Marc Ferrez Prize for Photography from Funarte for her series “The Body” which explores themes of identity through portraiture.

Nogueira continues to create powerful images that explore themes of identity and humanity with sensitivity and grace. Her work serves as an important reminder that we are all connected by our shared humanity regardless of our differences.
