Blaise Reutersward is a renowned photographer and visual artist from Sweden. He is best known for his unique and captivating images of nature, landscapes, and people.
Born in Stockholm in 1975, Blaise developed an early interest in photography. He began taking pictures of his family and friends at the age of 12, and soon after he was taking pictures of the Swedish countryside. After graduating from high school, he attended the University of Gothenburg where he studied photography and art history.
In 2000, Blaise moved to New York City to pursue a career in photography. He quickly established himself as one of the most sought-after photographers in the city, shooting for magazines such as Vogue, GQ, and Harper's Bazaar. His work has also been featured in numerous exhibitions around the world.
In addition to his commercial work, Blaise has also created several personal projects that explore themes such as identity, memory, and nature. His photographs have been published in books such as “The Nature of Things” (2005) and “The Human Condition” (2008).
Blaise continues to live and work in New York City today. He is currently working on a new series of photographs that explore the relationship between humans and nature.
