Andrew Katzowitz is a renowned photographer who has been capturing stunning images for over two decades. He has traveled the world, from the United States to Europe, Africa, and Asia, in search of unique and captivating scenes to photograph.
Andrew was born in New York City and grew up in a creative family. His father was an artist and his mother was a fashion designer. From an early age, Andrew was exposed to art and photography, which sparked his interest in the medium. He began taking pictures with his father's camera at the age of 12 and quickly developed a passion for photography.
After high school, Andrew attended the School of Visual Arts in New York City where he studied photography and film. After graduating with honors, he began working as a freelance photographer for various publications including National Geographic, The New York Times Magazine, Time Magazine, and many others.
Throughout his career Andrew has won numerous awards for his work including the World Press Photo Award for Best Documentary Photography in 2006. His photographs have been featured in galleries around the world as well as published in books such as "The Art of Seeing: A Photographer's Journey" (2008).
Andrew currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two children where he continues to pursue his passion for photography. He is dedicated to capturing moments that tell stories about people and places around the world that often go unnoticed or forgotten.
