Alexandre Herchcovitch is a Brazilian fashion designer and photographer. He was born in São Paulo, Brazil in 1971. He studied fashion design at the University of São Paulo and graduated in 1994.
Herchcovitch began his career as a fashion designer in 1995, when he launched his first collection. His designs are known for their bold colors, intricate details, and unique silhouettes. He has become one of the most influential designers in Brazil and has been featured in numerous international publications such as Vogue, Elle, and Harper's Bazaar.
In addition to his work as a fashion designer, Herchcovitch is also an accomplished photographer. He has photographed for many of the world's top magazines including Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, GQ, and Marie Claire. His photographs have been featured on the covers of several magazines and have been exhibited around the world.
Herchcovitch is also an active philanthropist who supports various charities throughout Brazil. He has also served as a judge on several television shows including Project Runway Brazil and The Voice Brazil. In 2017 he was awarded the Order of Cultural Merit by the Brazilian government for his contributions to Brazilian culture through fashion design and photography.
