Ales Bravnicar is a Slovenian photographer and visual artist. He was born in Ljubljana, Slovenia in 1975 and has been taking photographs since he was a child. He studied photography at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana, where he graduated with honors in 2000.
Bravnicar's work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, and the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
