Global fashion company PVH Corp whose portfolio includes iconic brands such as Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger has appointed Jesper Andersen to Its Board of Directors effective immediately. He has also been appointed to the Board's Audit and Risk Management Committee.
Andersen previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, at the LEGO Group, a role that he has held since October 2020. During his tenure with the world's largest toy manufacturer, he was responsible for the Group's finance team and also oversees the company's legal, compliance and risk management, strategy and transformation, government affairs and business services teams.
Before the LEGO Group, Andersen was the Chief Financial Officer at other major consumer brands, including Beiersdorf and plant-based food company Upfield, and served two decades in financial leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive across Europe, Asia, and North America.
