Emily Ratajkowski launches her own lingerie label



Emily Ratajkowski has unveiled the first lingerie collection from her label Inamorata just in time for Valentine's Day.

Titled 'Body' the collection includes simple and comfortable pieces of classic underwear, as well as short dresses, leggings, and bodysuits lace. Made of a stretchy cotton-elastane blend the designs are size-inclusive and available in black, white, powder pink and neon yellow.

'A little over a year of @inamoratawoman and I'm so thrilled to finally share what I've been working on for you guys. Introducing BODY, a category that is so much more than lingerie. I hope you guys love it as much as I do,' the 27-year-old wrote in an Instagram post.

Ratajkowski collaborated with Kat Mendenhall, a school friend, and a fashion consultant. Together they were inspired by the lifestyle of their Californian hometown Encinitas where growing up in the vicinity of the beach meant spending the entire day in a swimsuit or bikini.

Ratajkowski has experience as a designer since 2017, selling her own swimwear line under the name of Inamorata together with Kat Mendenhall. For them, the same principles of the swimwear line apply to the new lingerie collection. After all, the label name means 'woman who is loved' and as such one should feel the same way with the pieces from the 'Body collection.

Priced between 15 and 48 euros, the 'Body' collection is available through the Inamorata Woman webstore.
