American clothing brand Tommy Hilfiger has announced the return of its iconic Tommy Jeans International Games collection.
First launched in 1996 to celebrate the Summer Olympics coming to Atlanta, USA, the new capsule comprises of 41 timeless athletic pieces. A contemporary reinterpretation of modernized classics such as men's, women's and gender-inclusive track inspired styles including color-blocked shorts, warm-up jackets and running singlets.
The launch of the collection is supported by a campaign which boldly reimagine its sporting and collegiate roots. Photographed by Juanita Richards, it features basketball guard Deja Kelly, Formula 1 driver Mick Schumacher, All-Pro NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs and wunderkind of the all-Japan skateboarding association Aori Nishimura.
'The sporting calendar sets the cultural pulse for the year and 2024's shaping up to be amazing. We're building on our legacy of working with pioneers in sport and reimagining timeless American icons through an archival lens,' said Tommy Hilfiger in a press release.
