Raf Simons could be appointed to Calvin Klein by august.
In an interview with Andy Cohen at Sirius XM, Klein (the American fashion designer) while discussing his nakesake label and the vacant creative director post (of the brand) revealed that the position has been filled and an announcement would be made by August. 'They just finally made changes in the design staff,' he said. 'They won't announce [who it is] publicly because it's under contract. But the whole industry knows.'
If the rumors are true Simons who exited Dior back in October 2015, would head to Calvin Klein and fill the position of Francisco Costa and Italo Zucchelli who departed the brand in April. The timing is also apt given that Simons's non-compete agreement with LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton expires at the end of July.
