Madonna Wows In Versace Campaign

Following on her Topless Photoshoot for Interview Magazine, Iconic Pop Star Madonna has been snapped up by Versace. The 56 year old replaces lady gaga and will be the face of its SS15 campaign.

The images were photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, in New York City. Madonna looks remarkably fabulous and typically fit as she sports pieces from the SS15 Versace collection. The images also focus on her incredibly fit and well toned body.

Speaking about her new role, Madonna said: 'It’s always exciting to be dressed head-to-toe in Versace and experience first-hand Donatella’s vivid imagination and passion that she has created for this collection.' Designer Donatella added: 'Madonna is one of the true icons of Versace. I am thrilled to have my friend and the most powerful and directional artist as the face of Versace for Spring 2015.'

This is the fourth time Madonna has lent her face for the Italian house's campaigns. She previously appeared twice in 1995, photographed by Steven Meisel and Mario Testino, and in 2005 shot by Testino again. Madonna has had previous advertising forays for Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana also.
