Kylie Jenner graces the cover of Interview magazine's December/January double issue.
The 18 year old reality star, is completely unrecognizable as she transforms into a bondage sex doll in an editorial titled 'The Surreal Life'. Lensed by Steven Klein, Kylie appears in a series of provocative images sporting black latex clothing and skintight bondage-inspired looks.
In one image, she perches on top of a man wearing a kind of corset bronze and a voluminous wig. In another, Kylie appears on his back with a tray in hand, wearing a black latex outfit as she bares her behind. Of all the photographs, the most controversial is that of her is sitting in a gilded wheelchair dressed in a shiny black bustier, a choker and high heels.
In her interview with the glossy, Jenner made some very revealing statements. 'I feel like I lost a part of me, I lost my youth. I feel that I will look back and say 'damn, I wish I could have been just a normal teenage girl.' She also revealed that her life is not always what it seems on social media. 'I'm way flashier on Instagram and Snapchat, because I feel like that's what people want to see and that's what I've always done, so I'm not going to stop. People want to see my cars and my purses. People love fashion. But that's so not me.'
The images have already been causing controversy, and has angered disability advocates. However, Interview magazine defended the photoshoot, telling E! News: 'At Interview, we are proud of our tradition of working with great artists and empowering them to realize their distinct and often bold visions. The Kylie Jenner cover by Steven Klein, which references the British artist Allen Jones, is a part of this tradition.'
