J.W. Anderson designs Capsule collection for Matches Fashion

J.W. Anderson has designed a Womenswear Capsule Collection for online store Matchesfashion.com.

The British designer who is known for his designs of play between minimalism and offensive playfulness, embraced a sense of folkish charm. Taking inspiration from the crocheted pieces shown on the runway at the AW17 London Fashion Week Men's, the five-part Capsule Collection capsule sees ready-to-wear and accessories adorned with homespun details.

Anderson reworked his clean designs with colorful crochet flowers, thereby giving them a playful character. In addition, the collection features bags which are available already. This will be followed by Cardigan, sweater and coat which will be available online from 13 September 2017.
