Hermes is releasing a limited edition silk scarf to commemorate The Queen's ninetieth birthday.
The 90cm square silk twill scarf features an equestrian theme, with four figurine horses, adorned with head-and-neck guards tied with bows, coming face-to-face surrounding the Hermes logo, a nod to the Queen's love of horses. The chosen design, 'Tatersale', was originally created by Henri d'Origny in 1980.
'The chosen design, Tatersale, was originally created by Henri d'Origny in 1980 and has been re-edited in tribute to Her Majesty's love of horses,' a spokesperson for Hermes said.
Available in a new blue coloration and a limited quantity of 300, the scarf will launch at The Royal Windsor Horse Show, the official host of the celebrations, on the 11th May 2016. Hermes will make a donation of 100 pounds from the sale of each scarf to The Queen's Trust charity. The scarf will be on sale at hermes.com from May 2016.
